URBIFINCAS fees are the following:
From 4,5 euros per month (V.A.T. included), for each component (house or comercial).
Every parking place is included in the price.
Every expense of our company is included in the price, except "Correos" service.
Every ordinary or extraordinary meeting along the year is included in the price.
Aditional considerations
Minimum fees: 150 euros per month (V.A.T. Included).
URBIFINCAS staff would visit the community of proprietors before the acceptance of the service.
