Property Management

 

From our point of view, the best service we can offer is "to do all the necessary activities for you and your neighbours in order to let you rest about the problems of your community of proprietors". Therefore, we will manage your property with identical control and attention as you manage your own house. And for that, we are able to offer some services that no other company offers. 

   

Services we offer and no other companies offer

 

Customer service, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. 

We do not provide a mobile, because mobiles can be out of cover. With URBIFINCAS you will always have a person to write down your message, at any time of the day, any day of the week. Weekends and bank/labour holidays included. You will not have to wait for a labour day to communicate a problem.

 

 

 

Up to Five visits to your community per week.

We believe that is very important to be close to your community of proprietors and write down every trouble we find. This service allows to be more efficient, quick and professional, because we can prevent most of the problems before you can notice them. With this weekly visits we can control the cleaning, repairing, etc. We will also visit you when needed and in case of emergency. In every visit, we leave, to the President or corresponding Vowel, a copy of the trouble's report. We will always visit once per week your community, as minimum, which it will be increased depending on the number of propietors or special circumstances.

 

 

Free SMS sendings.

We will send an sms to those neighbours who facilitate their mobile number every time URBIFINCAS considers it is needed to do it. We think with this tool we can transmit relevant information inmediately to our neighbours, which is really useful in case of emergency and other related situations.

 

 

Economic compensation for President.

We give economical support to the President,  previous authorization of the community of proprietors. 5% of the annual payment, 15% if he/she has an email to get in contact with URBIFINCAS. 

 

 

 

 

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will pay your money back.

We are sure our services satisfy most of the community of propietors. Nevertheless, we offer a trial period of 2 months. At the end of that time, if you are not satisfied with our services, we make all the arrangements to recommend other property managing company and we will pay you back all the money you already paid, -excluded repairing invoices paid by URBIFINCAS-.

 

Free asistant service in order to change your current management company.

Do you believe it would be a good idea to change your current managing company for the services of URBIFINCAS? We can offer you a free service of counselling to get things easier in order to change you current manager.
